
Sabine Frank leads government affairs and public policy work for YouTube in Dach/CEE and is Deputy Head of Public Policy and Government Affairs EMEA. Previously, she was a Senior Policy Counsel for Google Germany. In this role, she led Google’s regulatory and consumer protection work in the region. Prior to joining Google, Sabine was the managing director of “Freiwillige Selbstkontrolle Multimedia-Diensteanbieter e.V.” (“Voluntary self-control multimedia service providers“/ FSM) from 2001 to 2012. Within the scope of her work at Google, she holds a couple of honorary posts, such as Deputy Chairwoman of the FSM, member of the Advisory Board of Klicksafe, an EU initiative for more security on the Internet, as well as a board member of EMR (Institute of European Media Law). Sabine holds a Master Degree in Law.
