Richard Youngs

Richard Youngs is a senior fellow at Carnegie Europe, a professor at the University of Warwick and a co-founder of the European Democracy Hub. He is the author of 15 books, including most recently "Rebuilding European Democracy: Resistance and Renewal in an Illiberal Age" (Bloomsbury/Tauris, 2021).
