Jeff Kwasi Klein is the project lead for Each One Teach One’s anti-discrimination project Each One. At Each One, he coordinates efforts that make visible the human rights situation of people of African descent in Berlin. He’s currently a board member of the migration council of Berlin, where he represents the interest of a variety of (post) migrant communities vis-à-vis Berlin’s political institutions. With the Green Party, Jeff is Co-speaker of the BPoC-empowerment network Bunt Grün as well as a board member for Germany’s largest district association of the Greens in Berlin Mitte. Before his engagement at EOTO, Jeff liaised between the German Federal Ministry for the Environment and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) during the UN Climate Change Conference in 2017 (COP 23). He worked as an independent policy consultant for the social crowdfunding platform GoFundMe as well as the European Network of People of African Descent (ENPAD). Jeff is the son of Ghanaian immigrants and grew up in Cologne, West Germany. He holds a Bachelor degree in political science from the Free University of Berlin and a Master of Public Policy from Hertie School of Governance.
