Diego Rivas is Chair of Democrats Abroad Berlin, the official representation of the United States’ Democratic Party for citizens living abroad, and a Bernie Sanders Delegate to the 2020 Democratic National Convention. Since 2019, he has been part of the “International Dialogue” programme of the Berlin-based think tank Das Progressive Zentrum. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Political Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Masters of Art in Interdisciplinary Latin American Studies from the Free University of Berlin.
