
Adam Tooze is a British historian who is a Professor at Columbia University, holding the Shelby Cullom Davis chair of History and currently serving as the Director of the European Institute. He has also held the Barton M. Biggs Professorship at Yale University. Previously, he was a Reader in Twentieth-Century History at the University of Cambridge and Gurnee Hart Fellow in History at Cambridge’s Jesus College.
